Goof-Off and a good stiff bristle brush, goof off can be found at any hardware store. Institutions use it to remove graffiti and it is potent stuff, use in a well ventilated area. A heat gun and a plastic or wood squeegee will get the majority off before you try the goof off.

I always use the big eraser that attaches to a drill or die grinder , I think that is what HK is refering to when he says the 3M adhesive remover wheel , they work awesome and you can use them for pinstripes and decals and with absolutely no damage to the finish .
