As my handle suggests I have a '34 Hupmobile model W. Unfortunately my grill has been damaged, badly repaired and damaged again over the last 60 or so years. While all the uprights are intact the pot metal frame is in shambles. The grill shape is very simular to a '34 Ford but a bit larger. I've done numerous internet searches looking for someone that can take my bits and pieces and mold and cast another. At this point I don't care if its made of metal, composite or injection molded plastic. Of course I'd prefer an original but since there's less than 20 of these cars worldwide I'd stand as good a chance of finding Jimmy Hoffa behind the counter at the local 7-11. Billet grills are easy to find but they are all flat, wide and short. Not tall, curved and narrow. Anyone have any suggestions?

you could either pay someone to make a custom one. or talk to HK and he could probably walk you through the steps to make your own

Indeed, heeeeeere I am to save the daaaaaaaay!

'34hup, do you by any chance have a picture of the grill? If you can get me one I'd be perfectly happy to tell you step by step how to make one. It is much easier than it looks, just takes patience and lots of time. I've made many custom grills and I'll be glad to help you out. feel free to contact me.
