My recently rebuilt 4 Jet Rochester ( circa 1965) on my 283 sbc is flooding after I drive on the highway. I just installed this today, set my timing at 12* initial,48* full in @ 3000 rpm, adjusted the mixture screws for max. vacuum (17 psg). The first time I got off the highway it was idling rough at stop in gear and the idle was way down. I set the idle faster, then went about modifying my kickdown cable bracket and went out for a test drive.Got off the highway and it stalled at the lights and wouldn't start.Towed it home and got it running once for a short time and stalled. We noticed gas chugging out of the 2 brass tubes above the primaries.

???????????? Anyone familiar with this vintage piece of equipment??
