They operate the same as any carb, and it`s either, Float too high, needle stuck open, fuel pressure too high (they don`t like over 5 psi) Missing rubber piece on the end of the needle, trash in the needle and seat, possible hole in the float. If you don`t have a fuel pressure gauge, get one, believe me, it`s no use trying to guess it.
