ok so i had a soild roller comp cam .626/626 installed. does anyone no what might the vavle lash setting be to try to keep it around

It is listed on the cam card that comes with the cam.

The widest lash used on any CompCam solid roller is 0.028" intake hot, 0.030" exhaust hot. If I had a cam installed that didn't have a cam card with it, that's where I'd set them to start. Then I'd tighten 'em up a little at a time until I burned a valve, then back off a little. NO, NO, just kidding.

Get the number off the stick and call Comp.
