I have a 1990 Chevy S10 tilt steering column in my rod. It has two plugs on it. One I know goes to the fuse box. The other I do not know what to do with it. I assume it has something to do with wipers, washer, and cruise control, but do not know how to use it. Does anyone have a schematic of this column's wiring or know where I can get one. My local Chevy dealer doesn't and Alldata doesn't either.

Help?

I am subscribed to www.Alldatadiy.com for a 1995 S10 Blazer. The 1990 is similar.

Alldata can be tricky sometimes but if you go to "Lighting and Horns" then to "Electrical Diagrams" then to "Exterior Lamps" you will see a diagram for the turn signal switch and related wiring including the wire color codes etc.

Then go back to "Vehicle" then to "Starting and Charging" then to "Diagrams" then to "Electrical Diagrams" you will see a diagram for the ignition/start switch.

Same thing for cruise control.

See attached lighting diagram.
