EFI Rules and Carbs Drool
I'm building a 302 for my T bucket and I was just given a 1964 289 with C4 transmission. I was wondering if there was anything from the 289 that would be usefull on the the 302. I would say no as the valves are smaller and the stroke is shorter. What about the 302 heads on the 289? The 289 is from a 1964 Galaxie and the block only has five bolts to connect to the belhousing. Is it rare? Maybe worth some $$$?? Or is it just obsolete? I have the matching five bolt bellhousing and transmission, but I think I can use the transmission on the 6 bolt bell housing I also have.
