Thanks, cause I never knew that I guess I was always lucky to get the same bolt pattern. So here is my next ? I have a pulley that I want to use on my build and it doesn't fit the pump I have being that the bolt pattern on the pump is larger than that on the pulley, so what do I need to ask for so I do not have to argue with the idiots at the parts store?

can't you just go on line at jegs.com and order what you need.moroso makes pulleys.

Look for Wysco pulleys, high quality machined aluminum that won't wreck your budget.

I have all kinds of pulleys in the shop to fit the pump I have now but I have a nice set of aluminum ones that I was wanting to use. The cost of a new water pump doesn't bother me because I will use this pump for another build anyway. Just wanted to make sure I get the right pump when I go. I guess I could just take the pulley with me.lol
