I recently bought an unfinished Street Beast ac Cobra and of course we are having issues with fit and finish. Question for folks who have completed a Street Beast Kit on the door assembly. The driver side door has quite a bit of flection when open. The metal attachment to the door is firm but the flection looks like it originates in the metal bar the door hinge attaches to.
1. is this common? 2. anyone have a solution they used?
Thank you in advance.

I think you are going to need to post some photos so we have an idea what you are talking about.

It could also simply be adjusted up in the back so it "hangs" on the droop, and fits perfectly. This is often a solution to worn hinges.

Hopefully the hinges are new. But yes they can still droop a bit.
But I am saying even if the door is somehow "drooping" within it's self, adjust the door up so at the droop, it lines up and shuts properly.

The door may not even be "Drooping" in anyway other than it's adjusted too low so the latch is pulling it up when he shuts it. Adjust it up so that it works "happy."
