Be advised that some may look askance when you ask about a long shift "arm" since shift arms are the pieces that bolt on the shaft that sticks out of the side of a transmission and the shift rods or cables attach to them.
You are referring to a shift stick or shift lever.
A shift handle is a variation of the shift "knob" which is longer and your whole hand wraps around it as in pistol grip shift handle and the smaller horizontal handles used by Hurst with finger grips on the bottom side.
