I´ve had a Harwood cowl induction scoop riveted/glued to my hood for a looong time now,
but recently it´s started to lift on the front left corner.
I´ve had it "repaired" several times but it looks like it wants to leave.
So I googled "metal cowl induction scoops" and got this website, The Speed Center.
I called them and was quoted FedEx shipping to Spain at $1000, I gulped and asked him to check out USPS, he did and told me the package was too long for them to handle, so I went back to Googling.
I found that GoodMark make metal cowl scoops 2.5" and 5", not enough and too much, I?m looking for a 3" or 3.5".
Anyhow I added one to my Summit cart and took it through checkout, one shipping price FedEx to my door is $293.25.

Have you tried looking for a local panelbeater or blacksmith/tinbender near you?? Some of the small local villager type of guy's are what I am thinking of. You may be able to get a handcrafted part the size you want at a fraction of the cost. Many of them Old World folks are scary good.

I experienced the same thing, and I think too that International shipping is way too high to be affordable on products over 20 lbs. Thats when I began to research and ended up using our corporate tax ID number to open a corporated freight account with a special international freight company for better rates than UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS shelf rates. We sell parts on Ebay and are a distributor for manufacturers and other entities that sell the hood you are interested in, so I may be able to help you out. Our account with this international freight specialist has enabled us to ship heavy Chevy stroker racing crankshafts to our international customers for half the price of UPS and Fedex rates. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks, Jerry
