Gonna paint my 75 pickup with single stage any hints on how I should prep if I am not using primer?

Any areas that are bare metal will show through the paint as almost like a different texture or sheen, no matter how much paint thickness you put on.

Best to seal the whole thing with a catalyzed primer sealer unless it is just a beater, rat rod, race car where you don't care and just want it all one color again.

How much primer you think I will need? 75 c20 longbed and advice on brand or affordable place

A gallon of 2K epoxy sealer should do it, along with the hardener and reducer should make 1-1/2 gallons sprayable.

You'll have some left over, but to buy 3 qts you'll spend more than just buying the gallon.

durable paint.

For low cost durable paint. I found farm equipment premixed paint was the best price and most durable. the Cat equipment and Massey mustard yellow held up best. reds don't last as long. The Cat bulldozer yellow still looks ok 40 years later on the Jeep.
