I did get it to shoot slick finally, but by then it was kind of fubared.

The SPI forum gave you a good response - and I for sure agree with Barry about the little filters inside the cup outlet. And tweaking the mix based on heat and humidity, well that's experience!!! If you ever have problems, usually a call to SPI will straighten you out

Why does everyboy hate the filters? I always use them, change them often. I've had them clog, but it's better than trash in yout paint job, right?
