I sprayed the primer today and had a problem with the spray gun.I couldn't get enough primer to come out of the gun so it sprayed on very dry and bumpy. No matter what I did to adjust the gun and air pressure it still sprayed very dry. I came in to readup on what the problem could be and found a post about removal of the filter in the gun cup.:spank: ..Well I removed the filter and now it sprays great...The problem is I have two coats of primer on the firewall and it looks terrible.I assume its ok to just sand it smoth and respray more primer????? I'm begining to understand why it costs so much to have it done by a pro...But I figure the only real way to learn is to try it myself..
