stock 305 with an edelbrock rpm performer intake and a edelbrock carb. would it be a good idea to put a stall converter and what size whith this app. yes i know its a 305 but lets see what we can get out of it. Keep in mind that i drive it every day for work.

Well the stall is mainly determined by the torque of the engine. So if you get a 2500 stall it may only stall out to 2000. It will still help a little if you want that little extra at launch. Also with the 305 you could get away with running the value line B&M torkmaster or the hughes street.
