Looking for a clean way to mount a group 75 side post battery. Don't want to use the big vinyl box. Prefer a simple battery tray with the sliding retainer lock at the bottom (stainless tray would be nice), or a fiberglass box close to the group 75 size. Will be mounting this off the frame in front of the rear axle.
The Firebird battery mount from a 2002 Trans Am comes close, but has an irregular shape, big on visual aesthetics.
Any suggestion where to find this item in the bone yard, or an aftermarket supplier?
