I'm not sure where to post this, but does anyone know what the value of the "old" 2-5/8" gauges that were made by Sun, back in the late 70's 80's?

I have a temperature gauge with sending unit that is in good shape, it has the black background and a blue stripe and chrome bezel.

Someone is looking for one but don't know what the value is for both the gauge and sending unit?

I saw a posting from back in 2006 that the gauge was going between $90-$240 depending on it's condition. I'm not looking to make a killing on this stuff, but I also don't want to give it away.

Of course, I need to verify that they both work first.

Any thoughts?

I was at the Iola Car Swap the past few days... lots of Sun gauges around... the big ones were around $15-25 smackers.... maybe yours are some kinda special ones?
