hello, i have a 76 gmc sprint (el camino). Im wanting to get rid of the bench seat and put in a pair of black swivel buckets. Does anyone have or know of a place that would have swivel buckets for 73-77 el caminos or chevelles?

they came as an option fo rthat car so one would think that a salvageyard that specializes in that line of vehicles would be the ticket

Monte Carlos from the 70-2 had swivel buckets, too. Check your local boneyard.

Yep, I would go to the junk yard and check for one of the Monte's. That is what I got mine out of. I put a set of those in my 70 Skylark (My Avatar)They are pretty sweet and a good conversation piece at shows, or when someone needs to get in to the back seat.

Luckily, I didn't have to go to a junkyard, I had a buddy that was going to get rid of an old Monte and said "Gimme $75 and you can take whatever you want off the car"

...yes, I took more than the seats. hehehe

I know of two sets of swivel bucket seats located in a bone yard in phoenix,I looked at them last week,they did not come in 70-72 chevelles,they came in 73 and up el caminos/chevelles,olds cutlass,monte carlos,maybe other gm product.the 2 sets I looked at were in olds cutlass,around 73-77?both sets need to be recovered,Arizona is very hard on interior parts,but they are excellent cores.

I put a pair in my 74 El camino that replaced a bench. You will need to make a mount for the front inside mounting point as none exists (at least not in my car) and the rears do not line up with anything. The only mount that is in the right place are the front outers. Have Fun!!!

try raliegh auto parts theyve got 72 &73 montes not sure if swival seats are in tact but try year one might be alot of loot tho
