Yes they did, but they aren't very easy to find in the junkyard.
Chevy/GMC instrument clusters are totally interchangeable and can be converted from warning lights to gauges or vice-versa in a very short time with little effort.
I have have more than 20 of the 73-87 trucks here at one time or another and can find almost every part needed for them.
The LMC truck catalog has the dash bezel, instrument lens, lens retainers, and also the printed curcuits for all options.
They also list most of the gauges available but not the factory tach replacement, a short search of the internet should locate the tach.
If I find one I will list it here.
