Lockup 350s hardly ever go bad. Parts never sold for them even though parts for the nonlockups sold like hotcakes.

Lockup has polished tip on input shaft and wire plug on DRIVER side of transmission. Some nonlockups had an electrical switch on the PASSENGER side near the TV cable, so don't be confused by that wire.
