conversion

i am going to be re wiring my 51 ford and i am confused on what type of harness i should get for the job it is a 6v car now and i want to get 12v system is there a type of harness that anyone would recommend

pain in the *** system for $300 from Summit. You need to know what your doing or hire this work out...just my suggestion!

I put a Painless harness in my buddy's 69 Camaro last year by myself in 2 days...Easy as hell. I think a 12 year old could probably do it. Everything is labeled and color coded, the instructions are easy to understand(big plus!). I bought an EZ Wire harness for my S10 project, identical to the Painless but about $100-$125 cheaper. Good luck and if you get stuck let me know.

thanks for the help i am will prolly go with the ez wireing harness because of the price i want something good but its hard when your 16 and trying to restore a car
