My el camino is finally coming back together... engine is gettin assembled at machine shop, (crank turned, new pistons, cam heads. I bought the magnum 270 cam with .470 lift 224 duration and 110 lope seperation. I also bought some edelbrock Perfomer RPM heads, 70cc straigh plugs. i have a performer RPM manfifold topped with a street avenger carb 670) back with th350 tranny and stock 3.08 gears. I plan on upgrading to 3.55's. How do you think this engine will perform? car is about 3200 lbs.

Go through the proper break-in period...probably 500 miles and do the oil change and the engine shoud kick some butt!!! Thats what you mean right? Sounds like you have a good setup for some power!!
