Has anyone used a three carb. manifold on a 50 chevy ?
Are threr any solutions to the interference problems with the firewall?
Thanks
I will assume you are talking about a '50 Chevy with the inline 6 cylinder engine. The way the intake manifold is designed on the inline 6 cylinder engine there shouldn't be any interference with the firewall. Below are some photos of inline 6 cylinder Chevy engines. These are in trucks. The 1953-54 Chevrolet Corvette only came with inline 6 cylinder engines and Powerglide trans. Those engines came with three sidedraft carbs.

If you do in fact have a clearance issue, the firewall can be modified to allow additional clearance.
