I have a pontiac 350 out of an 1975 Firebird. And I am trying to find out what is the correct torque specs on the rocker arms. They are stock rocker arms. Some people tell me tighten to 60 ft pounds. I don't know, any thing will help. Thanks

You mean for adjusting the valves? I've never used a spec. I just follow the adjustment process. When they are on the back of their lobes I take the up and down play out of the pushrod and then do 3/4 turn.
Pontiac valves don't adjust like a Chevy. They are screwed down tight.
Here's a chart for Pontiac V8's, looks like 20lb/ft for rocker nuts:
