tranny issues

ok i am doin a v-8 swap into my 1997 s10. and i am wanting to know if i use a 700R4 tranny if i will have any clearance problems or anything.

What transmission does it have now? I thought they had 700r4s.

If you had a 4.3 in it, your SB Chev will bolt right to that tranny.
