How much fluid to fill a 700R4 tranny? ALSO, when I pull my drive line completely out, how much fluid will I loose? Thanks again, Dana

Leakage from the transmission shaft should be minimal, if you drop the pan. I put a cap over the output shaft and cover it with a baggie.

Even if you do not drop the pan the leakage shoudl be minimal. You can always jack up the rear a bit higher than the front to help against gravity doing its work.
