I got an alternator from the local pullapart. I'm having trouble figuring out how to wire it. I was looking for something small with a v-belt pulley for my T. It came from an 86 or 88 Trooper II. It has a reman sticker with part # 14739. It's a four wire. The big white one is obvious. The other three are b/y, w/bl, and w/gr. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks,
All that was left was a four cyl shortblock. I assumed it was gas. Looking at this, it looks like big and little white can go to the battery, b/y goes to switched 12v, and w/g can go to a NC relay on switched power for an indicator or left disconnected. Does this sound right?

Thanks,
Kevin

I'm not an expert, I just have access to on line wiring diagrams. I looked at a couple of other diagrams and this was the closest to the wire colours you described. Maybe somebody else can chime in here?
