Hi,

I'm new at this so bare with me. I have a 1997 Chev. 1500 truck, I went to the store yesterday and it ran fine. When I got in to come home, the truck wouldn't start, it would just turn over. The fuel pump buzzes like its supposed to, we have replaced the fuel pump before so I know the problems with that. Can anyone give me some suggestions on what could be the problem. Thanks

do you have fuel and spark?
just because a pump sounds like it's working doesn't mean it's pumping,just changed one saturday in a ford aerostar doing that had no pressure.anyway make sure you have spark and fuel.

we had a truck at the house where one of the rubber hoses(in the tank, connected to the fuel pump) had a hole in it and made the truck not want to run, but the fuel pump was still running! so it could be anything
