Any markings on the back, name, numbers?

Looks like a impliment/tractor wheel.

Most truck rims have a "ring" around the rim which strengthens it.

It could be something like a trailer, tractior, or custom truck spare.

Knowing the hub diameter and the bolt pattern will narrow things down further.

My guess is that's a tractior rim due to what looks like a skinny 5 bolt rim with a small tire and large hub. Someone probably threw cheap/free tire on it to drive it around the yard etc.

If its a ford part , anything they make is stamped with the ford logo ,most GM , same deal, sometimes you'll see Mopar on things , measure diameter @ the bead , also width .
