Hey Guys,
I just put a Echlin VC1810 vac can on on the Summit dist I'm using on my SBC, I've driven it for two days and this morning I just pulled out the dist so I can set it up on a buddies Sun dist machine.
The good news is I finally got the gear wear pattern to look right, but when I removed the dist I had to let the vacuum advance drain for a while because it was full of fuel... Is my solution as simple as making a new vacuum line that has a dip upwards higher than the vac ports to prevent fuel from making it that far?
The vac can is hooked up to the manifold vacuum port on a Demon 650cfm.
Cheers ~Mykk
