[Molon Labe]

I've had an issue with stuck valves. Valves are stainless and the guides are cast iron. Would manganese bronze guides be less prone to sticking?

Valve temp too high?
Cylinder head temp too high?
Guessing this is the exhaust.

Intake valve. Car was just idling to warm up. Head was rebuilt 8,000 miles ago and no issues. Plenty of oil.
