I assume you talking elgin cam? not familiar with the numbers can you let me know solid or hyd.? lift and duration maybe I can help ya.
valvespring recomendation
I need a recomendation for the e1090 camshaft. the generic ".600" lift" springs have the opened and closed poundages but I am reluctant to use those on a 7000RPM engine, anyone have experience with this cam? I know its used a lot in budget racing.

287/295 256/264 .358/.371 (lobe lift) .537/.557 (with 1.5 rockers)
Use springs 98212 about $50. ive got the 1091 solid cam and those springs.

For a Few Dollars More the 98213 are pretty tuff and have used many sets. Some have been running over .500 for 10+yrs in both solid and hyd. My $0.02 anyway :thumbup:
