vynal repairs

I need to know if the is a kit out there that repairs tears in vynal my door panels are made of vynal have a few tears they are also faded in color I've heard about a spray paint made for vynal thats works well when on a thight budget.
Any help out there?

I'd re-do the panels.

If they're torn AND faded, like horvath says- redo them- you'll spend more on spray dye and repair kits than if you just bought the material to renew them.
