A 68 Cougar body is a 68 Cougar. They are not like body/frame construction where you can buy a body loose. They are a unibody construction where the body is the frame and vice-versa.
Check the Auto Trader, Thrifty Nickle, Penny Trader, Wheels, Greensheet, and every junkyard from Waco to Huntsville to Cleveland.
These cars were for some reason more prone to rust than the same year Mustangs and due to their exquisitely feline and feminine lines not so popular as 'Stangs.

Go to the Decatur Swap Meet this weekend,Feb 20-23. It's on US 287 , northwest of Dallas. Good chance you'll find one or a lead. :cool:

I always loved the Cougars too. I've owned three of them. This was the last one I had. One picture taken while I was overhauling the 390 in her and another picture of her for sale.




Would still like to have another some day. ;)
