What does it actually means or what is happening when small particles of water comes out of tailpipes when turned on? I always see it on tv when guys freshly build motors, and the other day I noticed water or sut coming out of my pipes while I let it warm up. Just curious of whats going on.

Someone is pi**ing up your tailpipes. Disconnect your ground on the battery and connect your pos. cable to the exahust, that will teach him a lesson! :thumbup:
