I need information on the rebuild or replacement of water pump for 1956 hemi.
I recently acquired 1936 Chev with the engine and it has been setting for 20 years.the water pump impeller is cracked.
HELP,please!

Rebuilt water pumps for Hemis are very hard to find. Most people convert to the SBC pump since you can get them anywhere. Here's a link to HotHeads Research and Racing's adapters. Check out their entire catalog they have just about anything for early hemis anyone would need.
