Ok, I don't want to get into specifics but I was supposed to be getting a ZZ4 cam. Well when I pull the cam from the box(which was incidently not a GM box) it did not say "071" on the cam but rather "078".

I do not know, nor can I find anybody that does know what it is, do you?

The cam has these numbers on it:

"191 03R"

in addition to "078"
