im new to this sight ...thank you all in advance...now i have a 1950 chevy 4400...not sure where to start ...is this a positive ground 6 volt? where is the manuel for trucks this old? i have 6v battery can i charge it with 12v charger? not yet ready to convert truck to 12v ...first i want it to run...just got the truck in a swap for 500$ lots of work but it worth it once im half way through ,when i see the progress

You will get a lot of help from the VCCA site. They have a Chevy Chatter forum. You will get faster answers. They are mostly restorers and purists. So, if u are rodding it up , don't let on. Bob. :welcome:
