Can anybody tell me what year this ford truck is

That was my guess. Is there a vin # on these old trucks? I know GM's didn't have a vin until the mid 50's I think. What do you think it's worth?

Beginning in '32 Ford put the VIN on the frame, one just in front of the firewall and another 1 or 2 back further.

I found the vin # this morning it is as follows 18-2622660 found it on the frame by the steering box. Scrapped and sanded and washed with brake clean, was about to give up, then took one last look and there it was yea.

Looks like a '36
