Hey guys got a quick question here not regarding a hot rod but I'm asking anyway because this site and the people who use it are full of knowledge! I'm wondering what special tools I will need to replace the rear wheel bearings on a 1998 subaru forester All-Wheel-Drive. I haven't done wheel bearings in quite some time and this being my moms car I told her I would do it for her so I don't want to be eating my words. It looks fairly straight forward but once I get in there I'm sure I will need pullers and punches and stuff, if anyone could give me a list I'd really appreciate it. Again I know this is no hotrod but everything out there works off the same principles, right!

Most of these type vehicles require that the center hub is pressed from the bearing. Then a snap ring removed from the bearing OD. The bearing pressed out. Opposite to re assemble. A press and heat is required on Michigan cars..
