Wheel studs

I have a real dumb question. I have a narrowed 9" Ford assembly, in my project car, that has Moser axles. I am needing to put in longer wheel studs, as I am contemplating using 1" wheel spacers. I have Bassett wheels that use a 45 degree lug nut, which is 3/4" tall. Problem is, my current studs, that are 1/2", screw in type are 1-7/8" long from the end to the bottom of the boss to screw them in. I am best guessing that I will need a 4" stud. I cannot find anyone who carries a 4" long, screw in stud, even Moser, Speedway, etc. Any suggestions?

Why 4"??

1-7/8" works now, but want to add 1" spacer....so add 1" more stud, making it 2-7/8" to 3" long.

A bunch of choices there if it is a screw-in stud between 2.5" and 3", ARP even has a 3.470"

You know, I must have been having a brain fade. Your right, if my lug nut works fine on the wheel now, then 3" ought to work fine
I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who suffers from that. What you call brain fade I call cranial flatulence...
