Hi I know that you should change brake fluid and anti-freeze but is this determined by time or miles or both and maybe by weather. My old 1970 Monte Carlo runs about 6 months out of the year, and not many miles then. Bill

Brake flush and coolant flush every 2 years. Wagner brand brake fluid only. Prestone only, distilled water, 50/50, test cap to 15.

Brakes seem not to last much longer than that when sitting.
I have brass and aluminum radiators 17 years old that look like new inside.

Mobil 1 synthetic oil every 5000 miles or 6 months. If storing, change oil before storing to flush acids out, then idle 5 minutes to flush bearings. Then store.

So theoretically you would change oil once a year.

I usually do the brakes before I take it out, so they are fresh, rather than when going into storage. Not sure it makes much difference which.

I change brake fluid every 2 and coolant every 3 years. I use M/Benz dot 4 fluid (a bit in stock) and genuine coolant for whatever vehicle I'm dealing with. Some Gm v6s and Ford in lines can be fussy re coolant.
