on a 3rd gen fbody camaro in the rear hatch were the plastic panels cover the wheel wells, you have plastic screws that hold the panels to the car i need to find were i can get the plastic clips that snap into the body the actual white plastic nuts that the plastic screws go into any help would end my insanity i cant find these damn things anywhere

I know what you mean! I have a couple of salvage yard buddies who let me pick my parts. I got a couple of sets (black and gray)for my 89 Firebird the last time I went. If you need them new, I think I saw a place on www.fbody.com with interior parts. Good Luck!

They were still available about a year ago from a CHEV dealer.

If you can't find them from a Chevy dealer I know that there is a place called Auveco that sells any clip you can imagine. They are strictly an auto parts supplier. The thing is I think you have to be a dealer for them to be able to get the stuff. I can check and let you know.

Dealers only can buy but I'll let you know in a day or two if I can get them.

Kevin's right, Auveco definitely sells any clip imagineable to man. I have a catalog of theirs, its as thick as a phone book. You do have to be an authorized dealer to buy from them. If you want, I could check to see if those clips are in the catalog. It might be easier for you to check your local GM parts dealer...

The guys at my local chevy dealer are LAZY they dontever want to take the time to look up the part, because i dont have a part number, but thanks for all the help, ill look into auveco and see if i cant find them. thanks again

Umm I won't go to the dealership for anything since they told me a new electric choke is 90 BUCKS!!!!! So I got 3 from the wreckers for like 2 bucks (actually a friend picked them up and told me not to worry about giving him the 2 bucks)
