I have a 71 SBC 400 in an S10. I'm going to run all the front brackets and serpentine belt from a 92 Camaro 5.7. If I buy a replacement water pump for the 92 Camaro I suppose it will come ready for reverse rotation, is that correct? Is there any other changes I need to do to use this setup?
Thanks.

If you still have the original brackets, then look at the water pump pulley, if it`s smooth, it`s reverse rotation, if it has splines, it`s standard rotation. If your not planning on running A/C then there is a A/C delete bracket you can order that just has a pulley in the A/C`s place. since it`s been years since I`ve looked at a V8 swap into a S-10, I`m not sure if you`ll have room for a serpentine system.
