Wiring a fuel cell

I have a custom aluminum fuel cell, 2 in cell pumps.

I am trying to figure out the least cost effective and safe way to run the wires from the pumps (both walbro's) to the top of cell, and out the top.

Fuel Safe makes an in-tank harness at $55 and the matching out of tank harness for $55. So I am looking at $220 for wiring.

There has to be a better way that is still safe?
