can anyone send email me some pictures of their coupes or any car ,that show the wood constructionon the interior?...i need to see the roof to sides and how and where they connect..same around doors etc...probably a shot showing some of the top with the side, a full side shot, the back window area..rear little side windows...i am thinking i am going to have to make my own here as it is a 5 window stude....also whats the best wood to use?

There are repoductions of early GM Fisher Body Manuals which have illustrations of the structure in the 36 and earlier Chevrolets and other GM cars. These are available from various automotive related book outlets or from early Chevrolet parts dealers such as Kessler's in Olney IL.
Most early cars were structured in oak, ash, and other hardwoods.
But, as I have stated many times before, it is more economical and certainly time-saving to use steel tubing.
