Knowing the year or kind of dash and window moldings are padded or not, would help. There are several things that might work, to cover a metal dash and moldings you could try real wood laminates, talk to a wood worker for molding it and the right glue and then there are the stickers, nuff said. If you are or know a carpenter they could be replaced with solid wood units $$$ and time.
