The custom inner door panels I have fabricated [built due to the poor quality of the panels which were supplied] meant the door returns on the body would also require replacement.
Firstly the whole inner door would have to be made slightly larger otherwise the doors would never open! To do this I used potters clay rolled out and flattened into strips 1/8" thick [easier said than done, messy job]. This was laid over the door then covered with cling film to stop the moisture from attacking the gel coat [it would never cure]
Parcel tape was also used in places.
