I found specs for an Olds 350 and I would assume it would be the same for your 307.

That first cyl head torque spec looks kind of high so take a look at this other page for a complete list of torque specs.

You definitely need to make sure that you have an Olds 307 vs. a Chev 307 though

 

64-76 Olds V8's use 7/16 head bolts, 77-90 Olds V8s use 1/2 head bolts, so the torque rates are different.

best bet is to get a service manual that covers the correct year motor.

For the 80 to 87, 307 torque value is 130 #foot in three steps.

There are 10 head bolts numbered front to rear
