4L60E No movement in any gear

if u installed your trans wrong it would have broken the arm in your pump,the torque converter should spin three times and click three time then it will be in place,from the sounds of it the pump is broke it happened to mine when i let my brother learn on my 4l60e any questions drop a line

o and p.s i just installed my trans yesterday and i used two ratchet straps to lift it it brings it right up to where u need it and u can lower or raise it to where the back or front needs to be and it will free swing making it easier than by hand or jack
